Using bulk actions to manage users

Bulk actions in the user list

You can perform actions on multiple users at once by using the bulk action feature in the user list of your organization.

To start, simply tick the checkbox next to any user. This will activate the bulk action menu at the top of the list. From there, you can select one or more users and choose one of the following actions:

• Select all – select all users in the list
• Resend invite – send a new invitation to selected users
• Move to group – move users to a different group (this becomes their primary group)
• Reset game progress – reset their progress in the Guardey training
• Deactivate user – deactivate selected users so they can no longer access Guardey

Use this function to quickly manage users in larger teams or make updates more efficiently.
