Resend invitation as a bulk action

Sometimes it’s necessary to resend invitations to employees, for example, if they missed the first email or need a reminder to join Guardey. You can resend invitations individually or in bulk. Below you’ll find how to resend invitations in bulk.

open the user list

Step 1: log in to the admin portal

Step 2: navigate to the user list within the correct organization

Select users for the bulk action

Step 1: check the box next to the first user you want to re-invite

Step 2: once selected, bulk action options will appear

choose your bulk action

You can now perform the following actions:

• select all: select all users in the list
• re-invite: resend invitations to the selected users
• move to group: assign selected users to a specific group
• game progress reset: reset the game progress for selected users
• deactivate user: deactivate selected users if needed
