Resend invitation as a bulk action

At Guardey, we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to resend invitations to your employees. This could be because they didn't receive the first invitation, or because you want to send them a reminder to participate in Guardey. You can resend invitations either per user or in bulk. Below is a detailed explanation of the second method.

Steps to resend invitations as a bulk action

Step 1:

Log in to the Guardey platform and navigate to the user list within the respective organization.

Step 2:

Check the checkbox next to the name of the first user you want to re-invite. Once you do this, the possible bulk actions will appear.

Step 3:

Bulk actions: You can use the following bulk actions:

• • Select All: Select this option if you want to invite all users in the list.
  • Re-Invite: Select this option to re-invite selected users.
  • Move to Group: Move selected users to a specific group.
  • Game Progress Reset: Reset the game progress of selected users.
  • User Deactivate: Deactivate the selected users if necessary.
