Activate inactive users - Per user

Access the Guardey admin portal

Step 1: Start by logging in to your admin portal.

Step 2: In the admin portal, you will find a section called users. Click this to get an overview of all users within your organization.

Activate user

Step 1: Find the user you want to activate in the user list. Click manage user behind the email address of the user in question.

Step 2: Find the settings option. Click this to access the various actions.

Step 3: In the settings menu, find the option activate user. Click this to activate the user.

Access the Guardey admin portal

Step 1: Start by logging in to your admin portal.

Step 2: In the admin portal, you will find a section called users. Tick the checkbox next to the users you want to activate. Once you tick the first checkbox, bulk actions will appear. Click activate user.

The following actions are available as bulk actions:

Select all: Select all users in the list.

Re-invite: Invite users again.

Move to group: Move selected users to a specific group.

Reset game progress: Reset the progress of selected users.

Activate user: Select this option to activate all selected users.
