This article will help you reset your user's scores. Let the user start the game with a clean slate by resetting his level and progress. Follow the steps below to successfully reset scores.
Please note; Once you have clicked reset, the process cannot be undone.
Reset the score
Step 1: Access the Guardey Admin Portal
- Log in to the Guardey Portal: Start by logging in to your Guardey account. Then go to the admin section
- Navigate to ‘Users’: In the admin dashboard, you will find a section called Users. Click this to get an overview of all users within your organisation. Click on "Settings" at the corresponding user.
Stap 2: Reset the score
- Click the "Actions" tab.

Click on "Reset game progress" After you click, you will see a warning if you are sure you want to reset the progress. If you are really sure, click "continue. After this, the game progress (and thus score) is reset.
