Reset the user score

This article helps you reset the scores of your users. Allow a user to start the game with a clean slate by resetting their level and progress. Follow the steps below to successfully reset a user's scores.

Note: Once you click reset, this action cannot be undone.

Step 1: Log in to the admin portal.

Step 2: Navigate to users.

Step 3: Click on the actions tab.

Step 4: Click reset game progress.
