Sometimes you may need to delete a user, for example because a colleague is leaving the company or for other reasons. It is important to note that when you delete a user in Guardey, it is permanently deleted and cannot be restored. So take care when performing this action.
Follow the steps below to permanently delete a user:
Step 1: Start by logging in to your admin portal.
Step 2: In the admin dashboard, you will find a section called users. Click this to get an overview of all users within your organisation.
Step 3: Find the user you want to delete in the user list. Click view user behind the email address of the user in question.
Step 4: Go to the settings of the user.
Step 5: In the settings menu, find the option delete user. Click this to permanently delete the user.
