As an admin, it is possible to change the language per user (on user level) or change the default language for new users that will be invited in the future.
Changing the language on user level
1. Browse or switch to the admin portal and click on Users in the Overview tab of your organization.
2. Click on View user for the user in question, in this example we will be using the first user of the organization.
3. Click on Settings.
4. Select the preferred language via the Default language (used when sending mails) dropdown menu, and click on Save in order to save the changes.
Changing the language on organization level
It is also possible to change the language for new users. Users that will be invited after the language adjustment will then be using the selected language.
1. Browse or switch to the admin portal and click on the Settings tab of your organization.
2. Click on the Default language for new users (used when inviting new users) dropdown menu and select the preferred language.
3. Scroll down and click on Save in order to save the changes.
