As an admin, it is possible to change the language per user (on user level) or change the default language for new users that will be invited in the future.
Changing the language on user level
Step 1: Login to the admin portal
Step 2: Click on the user section
Step 3: Select the user in question
Step 4: Tick the settings button of the selected user
Step 5: Click on personal
Step 6: Select the preferred language via the: default language (used when sending mails) dropdown menu.
Step 7: Once you’ve changed the language, click on save.
Changing the language on organization level
It is also possible to change the language for new users. Users that will be invited after the language adjustment will then be using the selected language.
Step 1: Login to the admin portal
Step 2: Click on settings
Step 3: Select the language via the: default language for new users (used when inviting new users) dropdown menu.
Step 4: Scroll down and click on save.
