ℹ️ This article applies to the new scoring system, introduced on 18 May 2026. If you do not know which system your organization uses, contact your admin.
Every challenge you complete gets a participation status.
This status determines how much Loyalty XP you earn for that challenge.
You can see your participation status on the challenge completion screen.
On-time challenges give full Loyalty XP
A challenge is on-time when you complete it within the slot window.
The slot window is the period when a slot set is active. For a weekly group, this is one week.
On-time completion gives you full Loyalty XP and full XP.
ℹ️ A new slot set becomes available every Tuesday at 10:00 CET.
Late challenges still improve your score
A challenge is late when you complete it after the slot window closes, but before the season ends.
Late completion gives you 80% of the available Loyalty XP and full XP.
ℹ️ You can still improve your season score by completing late challenges. 80% Loyalty XP is always better than 0%.
Missed challenges give no season XP
A challenge is missed when you do not complete it before the season ends.
A missed challenge gives you 0 season XP.
You can still complete it after the season ends to earn Personal XP.
See [Understanding your personal progress score] for more.
Participation status affects your season score
| Status | Loyalty XP | XP |
|---|---|---|
| On-time | 100% | 100% |
| Late | 80% | 100% |
| Missed | 0% | 0% |
Loyalty XP makes up 60% of your season score. This makes your participation status the biggest factor in where you rank.
See [Understanding your season score] for a full breakdown.
Challenges must be completed in order
Each slot set contains at least:
- a regular challenge
- a bonus challenge
You must complete the regular challenge before the bonus challenge becomes available.
Both challenges carry the same weight in your season score.
If a slot set contains more challenges, each challenge has the same weight.
