Challenge frequency
Challenge frequency controls how often new challenges become available in your group.
Your admin sets the frequency. Your group can receive challenges:
- Weekly
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 3 weeks
- Every 4 weeks
Your available XP per slot scales with your challenge frequency.
Group score

The group score uses this calculation:
Total XP earned ÷ total XP possible
Late joiners, paused users, and deactivated users do not unfairly lower the group score.

A challenge is late when you complete it after the slot window closes, but before the season ends.
Late completion gives you 80% of the available Loyalty XP and full XP.

Completing a challenge late gives you 80% of the available Loyalty XP. Completing it after the season ends gives you 0 Loyalty XP.

Personal XP affects your personal level, badges, and milestones. It never resets.
Reputation

It reflects how consistently you answer safely and correctly over time.

At the end of a season, winners are announced and the leaderboard resets.
Everyone starts fresh at the beginning of a new season.

A slot set contains a regular challenge and a bonus challenge.
Both challenges share the total available XP for that cycle.
Slot window
The slot window is the period when you can complete a slot set and receive full Loyalty XP.
The length of the slot window matches your group’s challenge frequency. For example, a weekly group has a one-week slot window.
