ℹ️ This article applies to the new scoring system, introduced on 18 May 2026. If you do not know which system your organization uses, contact your admin.
Your reputation score reflects how consistently you answer safely and correctly over time.
It determines how much Bonus XP and Bonus Loyalty XP you earn each cycle.
Reputation builds over time
Your reputation score is a percentage between 0% and 100%.
It builds over time based on the quality of your answers across all challenges.
Unlike your season score, reputation does not reset at the end of a season. It carries forward.
ℹ️ All new users start with a reputation score of 50%.
Reputation affects your season score
Your reputation score determines how much bonus XP you earn on top of your base score each cycle.
There are two reputation bonuses:
- Bonus Loyalty XP: up to 5% extra on your Loyalty XP
- Bonus XP: up to 2% extra on your XP
Your reputation percentage determines how much of the maximum bonus you earn.
| Reputation score | Bonus Loyalty XP | Bonus XP |
|---|---|---|
| 100% | 5% of Loyalty XP | 2% of XP |
| 80% | 4% of Loyalty XP | 1.6% of XP |
| 50% | 2.5% of Loyalty XP | 1% of XP |
| 0% | 0% | 0% |
Example reputation bonus calculation
This example uses:
- Weekly cadence
- On-time completion
- 80% reputation score
| Component | Calculation | Score |
|---|---|---|
| Loyalty XP earned | 600 XP | |
| Bonus Loyalty XP | 600 × 5% × 80% | 24 XP |
| XP earned | 400 XP | |
| Bonus XP | 400 × 2% × 80% | 6.4 XP |
See [Understanding your season score] for the full season score breakdown.
Reputation can affect close rankings
The bonus XP from reputation is small.
However, reputation can decide who ranks higher when two players have similar Loyalty XP and XP scores.
Consistently answering safely and correctly over time gives you a small but persistent edge.
