Log in via SSO

Guardey supports Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft and Google accounts. No technical setup is required inside Guardey. However, your IT administrator must approve access before users can log in.

Choose a login method on the login screen

Users will see two options on the login page:

• Login with Microsoft
• Login with Google

After a successful login, SSO is applied automatically for future sessions.

Approve access in the Microsoft or Google environment

Even though no setup is needed inside Guardey, your organization may need to grant access in Microsoft or Google. Without this approval, users cannot log in.

We recommend testing the login with one user first. If access is blocked or a prompt appears, your IT admin will need to approve it.

Approve access for Guardey login in Microsoft

If you're using Microsoft, make sure the admin grants permission to the Guardey Login application in Azure AD. This is different from the Guardey Azure AD integration.

Follow these steps in Microsoft Azure

Step 1: Go to https://portal.azure.com

Step 2: Click azure active directory in the left menu

Step 3: Open enterprise applications

Step 4: Search and select Guardey login

Step 5: Open permissions and grant admin consent
