Administrators can reset passwords for users in their organization. This feature is particularly useful when users forget their passwords or when security concerns require immediate password resets. The process is straightforward and can be completed in just a few steps through the admin portal.
Step 1: Log in to the admin portal.
Step 2: Navigate to users and click on view user next to the user whose password you want to reset.
Step 3: Click on settings.
Step 4: Click on send password reset.
Step 5: A confirmation message will appear indicating that a password reset link has been sent to the user's email. A password reset email will be sent to user.
