Every Tuesday, all active users receive a notification that a new challenge is available. As an admin user, you can manage the notification settings for the entire organization. Please note: it is currently not possible to change this setting for individual users.
Follow the steps below to update the challenge notification settings:
Step 1: Go to the admin portal.
Step 2: Navigate to the settings tab
Step 3: Adjust the notification frequency
In the settings you'll find options to manage notifications for the entire organization. Here, you can choose how frequently the challenge notifications are sent. Your changes will apply to all users in your organization.
