Install Guardey on Windows

We recommend using the .exe installation version for a smooth installation and operation of GOOSE VPN on Windows. This installer automatically checks whether your system meets all requirements and installs the necessary components.

Windows .MSIX installation and system requirements

If you choose to install GOOSE VPN via the .MSIX installation file, please take note of the following system requirements and conditions:

• Minimum Windows version: Windows 10 (build 19041.0) or higher

• Processor: x64 CPU (ARM processors are currently not supported)

• Required additional software:

  • Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable

  • Microsoft Edge WebView2

  • Windows App Runtime 1.2

• The installation must be performed by a user with admin rights

Note: These requirements apply only when installing directly via the .MSIX file. When using the .exe installer, these dependencies are automatically checked and installed.

Problems with installation or operation?

• Make sure you have downloaded and installed the official .exe file.

GOOSE VPN is supported on macOS 11 (Big Sur) and newer.
