Windows:
If the app works, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to settings in the app
- Go to General
- Click on the "create debug data" button
- A new window will open with a .zip file. This is the debug data. Send the entire .zip folder to us via email.
Has the app crashed and you can't get it to work again? Then you can take the following steps:
- Go to your explorer in Windows
- At the top, go via the path to: %ProgramData%Guardey
- You will find several documents here. Send the document which has the creation date of the day with the problem.
macOS:
If the app works, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to settings in the app
- Go to Connection
- Click on the "create debug data" button
- A new window will open with a .zip file. This is the debug data. Send the entire .zip folder to us via email.
Has the app crashed and you can't get it to work again? Then you can take the following steps:
- Apple will show a pop-up that the app was unexpectedly closed. You can choose crash report here. Send these details to us by email.
