Your Guardey page and challenges are suddenly displayed in English, while your preferred language in the settings is Dutch. Adjusting the language settings seems to have no effect.
Cause
It's likely that you're using the English version of our customer portal via https://my.guardey.com. This English URL overrides your language preference set in your account. As a result, the interface remains in English, even if you have set the preferred language to Dutch.
This often happens unconsciously, for example because you used the English version in the past and your browser automatically continues to open or suggest it.
Solution
To use Guardey in Dutch again:
Step 1: Go to: https://nl.my.guardey.com
Step 2: Log in again if necessary.
Step 3: Your portal should now be displayed correctly in Dutch.
Tip
To prevent your browser from automatically opening the English version:
- Delete any saved bookmarks or auto-suggestions for
https://my.guardey.com. - Save the Dutch version (
https://nl.my.guardey.com) as a favorite or shortcut.
