There could be several reasons why there are problems during a VPN connection with Guardey. So there will also be several solutions that can help. We are happy to explain them below.
- First, check that there is a good internet connection.
- Check that you have a valid account. If not, you will receive a notification of this in the app.
- Try restarting the VPN connection in the app by turning the toggle in the app on and off.
- Try a different server location. Often, the closer the location is to your physical location, the faster the connection can be.
- Check whether any apps such as a virus scanner or firewall might be able to block a VPN connection. Sometimes it helps to whitelist Guardey as an app in these apps.
