If you have any problems with Guardey's app, our support team is here to help. You can contact us at support@guardey.com. To help us resolve your issue faster, you can send us a debug log. This article explains how to create one.
Windows:
If the app is still working:
Step 1: Go to settings in the app
Step 2: Select general
Step 3: Click on the create debug data button. A new window will open with a .zip file. Send this entire .zip folder to us via email.
If the app has crashed and won't restart:
Step 1: Open Windows Explorer
Step 2: Navigate to: %ProgramData%Guardey
Step 3: Locate the document with the creation date matching the day of the problem and send it to us.
MacOS
If the app is still working:
Step 1: Go to settings in the app
Step 2: Select connection
Step 3: Click on the create debug data button. A new window will open with a .zip file. Send this entire .zip folder to us via email.
If the app has crashed and won't restart:
Apple will show a pop-up indicating the app closed unexpectedly. Select crash report and send these details to us by email.
