Quick start LMS: How to use the LMS with game statistics

The LMS (Learning Management System) is only viewable by admin users within an organisation. This section can therefore be found in the admin portal.

We are continuously expanding the LMS and will update this article as soon as new functionalities are available.

LMS: Gamification insights

Through the LMS, in the game menu, you can also find various user statistics regarding gamification. This can be found at both organisational and user level.

Organisation level

Step 1: In the admin portal, go to game in the menu.

Step 2: First view insights, which provides a quick overview of the organization’s KPIs.

Step 3: From here, you can go to module level (main categories) or challenge level for more information.

Note: The same information can also be found per user by navigating to a specific user and choose game in the menu there.

Step 1: In the admin portal, go to user in the menu.

Step 2: View the specific user.

Step 3: Go to game in the user's top menu.

Note: If the user has not yet started a challenge, nothing will be visible here yet. The data will be visible once the user has started.
