Quick start LMS: How to use the LMS with game statistics?

The LMS (Learning Management System) is only viewable by admin users within an organisation. This section can therefore be found in the admin portal.

We are continuously expanding the LMS and will update this article as soon as new functionalities are available.

LMS: Gamification insights

Through the LMS, in the "Game" menu, you can also find all kinds of user statistics regarding gamification. This can be found at both organisational and user level.

Organisation level

Step 1:

In the admin portal, go to "Game" in the menu.

Step 2:

Here, first see "insights" this is a quick overview of the organisation KPIs.

From here you can go to module level (main categories) or challenge level for more information.

The same information can also be found per user when you navigate to a specific user and choose "Game" in the menu there.

Step 1:

In the admin portal, go to "user" in the menu.

Step 2:

View the specific user.

Step 3:

Go to Game in the user's top menu.

Note! If the user has not yet started a challenge, nothing will be visible here yet. The data will be visible once the user has started.
