How to log in for the first time

Logging in to Guardey for the first time

Follow the steps below to activate your Guardey account and log in successfully:

Step 1: Open your invitation

You’ll receive an invitation email from your organization. Click the link or button in the email to begin the registration process.

Step 2: Choose a login method

You can log in using one of the following options:

• Email and password: Fill in your details and set a password to complete your registration.
• Microsoft or Google account: If your organization supports this, simply click "log in with Microsoft" or "log in with Google".

Step 3: Verify your email

After registration, Guardey may ask you to enter a verification code sent to your email to activate your account.

Step 4: First-time login

Go to the Guardey login page and log in with your chosen method.

Step 5: Set up your profile

After logging in, you’ll be prompted to enter your name and customize your profile.

Step 6: Start onboarding (if applicable)

If you’re using Guardey Awareness, the onboarding process will start automatically during your first login. This includes a short introductory game.

Forgot your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it through this link.
