Monthly Cyber awareness report

As an admin, you'll automatically receive a monthly cyber awareness report on the 1st of each month. These comprehensive reports provide valuable insights into game activity and user progress across your organization.

How to disable monthly reports

If you prefer not to receive these reports, you can disable them at the organization level:

Step 1: Navigate to your organization's settings

Step 2: Locate the details section and find monthly game statistics

Step 3: Toggle the setting to the off position

Note: This feature can only be disabled organization-wide, not for individual admins.

Alternative options

If you want to prevent a specific person from receiving reports, you can:

• Remove their admin permissions
• Deactivate their user account
• Disable reports for the entire organization

Team leaders reports

Team leaders receive monthly PDF reports on the first of each month that showcase their team's performance metrics. This enables organizations to identify trends, provide targeted support to underperforming teams, and recognize achievements.

Enabling team leader reports:

Step 1: Go to users in the admin portal

Step 2: Select view user for the relevant team leader

Step 3: Navigate to the settings tab

Step 4: Enable the allow team statistics option

Once activated, team leaders will begin receiving monthly reports with detailed insights into their team's performance metrics.

Manual report access

Even if you've disabled automatic monthly reports, you can still access detailed performance insights manually whenever needed.

User-level reports

To access individual user reports:

Step 1: Select the desired user

Step 2: Navigate to the game tab

You'll find several detailed report views:

• Insights: A concise summary of user performance across various modules
• Modules: Detailed results per module, including completion status, accuracy, and participation metrics
• Challenges: Comprehensive view of all challenges completed, with scores, correct answer rates, and timestamps

Group-level reports

To view analytics for a specific group:

Step 1: Select the desired group

Step 2: Click the game tab

Available reports include:

• Insights: Average module performance, month-to-month comparison of user scores, and identification of top and underperforming users (from Beginner to Legend level)
• Modules: Detailed breakdown of each module, highlighting correct answer rates and group participation
• Challenges: Challenge-by-challenge analysis showing completion rates, accuracy, and engagement levels
• User statistics: Comprehensive overview of each group member's performance metrics

Organization-level reports

At the organization level, you can access:

• Insights: Organization-wide performance across modules, user ranking comparisons, and highlights of highest and lowest-scoring users
• Modules: Module-specific analytics showing completion rates and accuracy across the organization
• Challenges: Detailed statistics for each challenge, including participation and accuracy per module
• User statistics: Complete overview of all users' activity, scores, completions, and engagement levels
• Groups leaderboard: Comparative analysis including group names, team designations, total XP, average XP, average reputation, and challenge participation

ℹ️ Use the three-dot menu in any table to download a CSV or PDF version of the report for offline analysis or presentation.

Monthly report components

Each monthly report includes:

• Overall completion rates for modules and challenges
• User engagement metrics illustrating participation levels
• Performance trends analyzed over time
• Areas for improvement identified based on user results
• Gamification statistics including earned points and leaderboard positions

These comprehensive reports are designed to help admins and team leaders effectively track progress, identify knowledge gaps, and make data-driven decisions to strengthen cybersecurity training initiatives.
