Change language in the Guardey Windows application

In the Windows application of Guardey, it is not possible to change the language directly within the app itself. The application automatically adopts the language setting of your Windows operating system. Therefore, to change the language of Guardey, you first need to adjust the language settings on your computer.

Change the language of Windows

Step 1: Open Settings

1. Click on the Start button in the lower-left corner of your screen.
2. Select the Settings icon (this is a gear).

Step 2: Go to Time & Language

1. In the Settings menu, click on Time & Language.

Step 3: Select Language

1. Click on Language on the left side.
2. Here you will see a list of installed languages.

Step 4: Set the Preferred Language

1. Once the language is added, click on the new language and select Set as default.

Step 5: Sign Out and Restart

1. Some changes require you to restart your computer. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply your changes.

Step 6: Open the Guardey App

1. After adjusting your language settings, reopen the Guardey app.
