Adjusting new challenge frequency

Guardey allows you to customize how frequently users receive challenges. By default, these emails are sent weekly when a new challenge becomes available.

If you prefer, you can switch the cadence to every two weeks, every three weeks or every four weeks.

How to update the email frequency

Step 1: Open the admin portal

Step 2: Go to settings → game

Step 3: Select challenge frequency

Step 4: Choose your preferred frequency

Step 5: Save your changes

Why use a different frequency?

Switching to a lower cadence can help reduce the number of emails users receive, which is especially beneficial for organizations with busy or seasonal workloads. By lowering the frequency of both challenges and reminders, you may also see improved engagement as users experience less email overload. Users can still access and complete challenges in Guardey whenever it suits them.
