Unable to establish a VPN connection to the specified region.
Dear Support team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the IP address assigned when connecting to the “US Server” on the VPN service.
Upon selecting the “US Server” option, I noticed that my IP address appears as 45.147.94.11, with the country location being displayed as Netherlands on https://iplocation.io/. This discrepancy is causing some inconvenience as it is not aligning with the intended location.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. It would be highly appreciated if you could investigate and rectify the IP assignment for the “US Server” so that it accurately reflects the intended location of the United States.

We are sorry to hear that you are currently experiencing issues with our service while you are connected to our US server.
Could you forward us the debug data via our support mail (support@guardey.com)? You are able to retrieve this information via our application. This is possible via the following instructions:
- Click on Settings
- Click on General
- Scroll all the way down
- Click on the ‘Create debug data’
Once received, we will be able to investigate the situation with our technicians.
