It is important to have an overview of which employees within your organization are active on the Guardey platform. With this information, you can easily monitor who has access to the system and which users may no longer have access.
Access to the Guardey admin portal
- Login to the Guardey portal: Start by logging into your Guardey account. Next, go to the admin section
- Navigate to “Users”: In the admin dashboard, you will find a section called Users. Click this to get an overview of all users within your organization.
- View the status of users: In the user list, you will see a column with the status of each user. Users can have the status Active or Inactive. Active users have access to the Guardey platform and are using the tools and challenges. Inactive users no longer have access to the platform.
Manage user access

Understanding the performance of your users
