Managing users in Guardey: access & performance
It’s important to maintain a clear overview of which employees are active on the Guardey platform. This helps you monitor who currently has access, and identify any users who may no longer need it.
View and manage users in the admin area
Step 1: Log in to the Guardey portal and go to the admin section
Step 2: Click on users to view a complete list of all users in your organization.
Step 3: Check user status
- Active – the user has access to the platform and can participate in challenges.
- Inactive – the user no longer has access and is not counted toward your license usage.
To better understand user activity, you can apply filters or download the user table as a PDF or CSV file.
Available filters include:
- Status – shows whether a user is active or inactive (active = has logged into Guardey)
- App installation – indicates whether the user has installed the Guardey application
- Date created – when the user was added to the portal
- Last activity – the last time the user interacted with Guardey
The exported table (PDF or CSV) contains the same information and provides a quick overview of your user base. This makes it easy to assess user status and take action where needed.
