Temporarily pausing my challenges

One of the key factors in maintaining a high level of security awareness is to engage with it on a weekly basis. When this is paused, achieving this goal can become more difficult. It is therefore important that you, as a user, are aware of this.

Not participating in the weekly challenges only has consequences after four weeks. After four weeks, you will start losing points. If you are away for more than four weeks, for example, due to a vacation, don't forget to inform the admin within your organization or our support team. It is possible to temporarily pause the challenges so that you do not lose points and can still climb to the top of the leaderboard.
